Introducing UGS Hats and Reintroducing item creations

Since we have re-written the site in React, you was not able to create items. This has changed as you can now create Shirts, Pants, Accessories and Hats. You could not create hats using the old item uploader.

Brick Universe will now provide templates for creating shirts, pants, hats and accessories. You will have to use a 3d object creator to make hats/accessories.

You can choose to make the items limited or make it cost Universe Coins. You can also choose max stock.

You can now create hats using the new item uploader.
